The main components of this 3D water based ink are water-based polyurethane resin, thickeners, eco- friendly film-forming additives and other ingredients. It is refined through more than 10 precise processes. It is suitable for substrates, various types of mesh, leather, nylon cloth, etc. Material. The 3D water-based ink can be bent over 100,000 times, which complies with national standards and EU environmental standards. It solves the bending, fracture and durability problems of 3D water based ink in the current high-end sports shoes materials, clothing fabrics, bags, and leather handbag industries.

How to printing the 3D water based ink?
1. The leather material need to be surface treated with a treatment agent, and the mesh does not need to be treated.
2. Use 3D water based ink printing as a base (recommended screen size 50-150 mesh) for HD printing, add 3-5% water-based hardener, and the base should be printed flat. If the base is uneven, the surface will easily become uneven.
3. During the printing process, it can be baked at a low temperature on a dryer. Note that the temperature cannot exceed 80 degrees.
4. When finish all colors printing, put them on the shelf, then take it into drying room.
