PP Ink Features:
This series of PP ink is a high-quality screen printing ink product with bright light, medium-fast drying speed, and resistance to alcohol and white oil. It boasts excellent adhesion and scratch resistance, allowing for high-speed printing without issues such as ink flying, blurred edges, and color intensity. This ink is fully suitable for both silk screen and pad printing.
PP Ink Scope of Application:
PP ink is designed for printing on treated and untreated OPP, BOPP, PP board materials, fully made paper, PP stationery, KT board, foam board, and more. It is also compatible with some processed PE materials. The corresponding four-color screen printing ink demonstrates excellent adhesion to PP pearlescent paper and YUPO paper.
How to Use PP Syringe Ink:
Note:
Before printing, ensure to clean the dust and oil stains from the surface of the printed parts. You can use absolute ethanol or wiping water for this purpose.
Stir the ink evenly and select a diluent based on the current environmental conditions: fast-drying, medium-drying, or slow-drying diluent. Generally, when the temperature is ≤15℃, please use fast-drying diluent, while at temperatures ≥30℃, opt for slow-drying diluent. When printing small graphics and text, if you notice fonts spreading, burrs, or edges appearing, please add an appropriate amount of slow-drying paste.
This PP ink is suitable for 100-380 mesh screen printing applications.
Always conduct a test print to evaluate the printability of the substrate and the choice of diluent at varying ambient temperatures.
The amount of diluent added should be around 20-30%, and the viscosity of the ink can be adjusted according to the actual situation and temperature environment.
Post-printed surface products can be cured naturally or through forced heating. Under conditions of 50-70 degrees, the surface can cure in 1-2 minutes. Please perform performance testing after 24 hours.
This PP ink product is flammable, so please store the ink in a sealed, cool, and ventilated place away from high temperatures and open flames.
This PP ink is irritating to the skin, so personal protection is advised during use. If contact occurs with the skin, wash thoroughly with plenty of water. In case of eye contact, please rinse immediately or seek medical attention.
The shelf life of this PP ink product is two years when stored in a sealed condition at 15-30℃.
