This series of PP ink is a high-quality product with bright light, medium-fast drying speed, resistance to alcohol, white oil, excellent adhesion and scratch resistance. It can be printed at high speed without ink flying, blurred edges, and color intensity. Full, suitable for both silk screen and pad printing.
PP Ink Scope of application:
PP Ink is for printing treated and untreated OPP, BOPP, PP board materials, fully made paper, PP stationery, KT board, foam board, etc. It is also suitable for some processed PE materials. Its corresponding four-color ink shows excellent adhesion to PP pearlescent paper and YUPO paper.

Before printing, clean the dust and oil stains on the surface of the printed parts. You can use absolute ethanol or wiping water to remove them.
Stir the ink evenly, and select a diluent according to the actual environmental conditions at the time: fast-drying, medium-drying or slow-drying diluent. Generally, when the temperature is ≤15℃, please use fast-drying diluent. When the temperature is ≥30℃, use slow-drying diluent. agentWhen printing small graphics and text, if fonts spread, burrs, or edges appear, please add an appropriate amount of slow-drying paste.
This PP ink is suitable for 100-380 mesh screen printing.
Test before printing to test the printability of the substrate and the choice of diluent at different ambient temperatures.
The amount of diluent added is about 20-30%, and the viscosity of the ink can be adjusted according to the actual situation and temperature environment.
Post-printed surface products can be cured naturally or forcedly cured by heating. Under the conditions of 50-70 degrees, the surface can be cured in 1-2 minutes. Please perform performance testing after 24 hours.
This PP ink product is flammable. Please store the ink in a sealed and cool ventilated place away from high temperatures and open flames.
This PP Ink is irritating to the skin, please take personal protection during use. If it comes into contact with skin, please wash it with plenty of water. If it splashes into your eyes, please wash it immediately or seek medical advice.
The shelf life of this PP ink product is two years (sealed storage at 15-30℃).
