Usually there are 2 ways:
1) Direct screen printing and direct hot stamping on glass bottles. Hot stamp decoration on glass containers required the application of screen print primer. This primer is what the hot stamp foil adheres to. According to customer's requirements, we have solvent based and UV/LED based screen printing primer for choices.
2) Hot stamping on the water slide decal paper, then transfer the images to glass bottles. This also requires the application of a screen print primer, after the hot stamping process, apply the screen printing topcoat as a varnish.
By this way you could get any colors of foils, like gold, silver,metallic red, metallic green, metallic blue, etc.
