Ink Series for Printing on PE

PE is divided into two categories: rigid PE and soft PE. Its excellent physical properties and chemical resistance make it suitable for a variety of packaging products, including bottles and film labels. We have developed a series of high-performance inks specifically for printing on PE, including solvent-based and UV-curable inks, suitable for printing on a variety of PE products. Different ink types exhibit varying properties, such as gloss, sweat resistance, flexibility, and chemical resistance. Please select carefully.

(A) Ink application: PE bottles 

1. Ink model recommendation: 7600-ink 

Ink characteristics: Excellent adhesion to flame-treated PE and PP. 

The ink layer is smooth and full, with a strong three-dimensional effect 

and excellent alcohol resistance. 

Ink type: solvent-based/two-component 

Gloss: bright 

Environmental protection: ROHS 

2. Ink model recommendation: UV-PPF ink 

Ink characteristics: UV curing ink. 

Excellent adhesion to flame- or plasma-treated PE and PP. 

The ink layer is bright and full, with a strong three-dimensional effect, 

excellent alcohol resistance and excellent hand sweat resistance. 

Ink type: UV/LED curing 

Gloss: bright 

Environmental protection: ROHS 

3. Ink model recommendation: UV-PE-C ink 

Ink characteristics: Excellent adhesion to flame-treated PE. 

The ink layer is bright and full, with excellent alcohol resistance. 

Ink type: UV curing

(B) Ink application: PE hose 

1. Ink model recommendation: UV-PE-S ink 

Ink characteristics: good adhesion, bright and full ink layer, excellent alcohol resistance. 

Ink type: UV/LED curing type

(C) Ink application: garbage collection bins, basins, cans and other products made of PE materials. 

1. Ink model recommendation: PPE-ink 

Ink characteristics: excellent adhesion to treated or untreated hard PE and PP. 

Abrasion and scratch resistance. 

Ink type: solvent-based/single component 

Gloss: semi-gloss
