Water Slide Decal Printing Process:
1, Print the design on the water slide decal paper with Rainbow water transfer printing inks, by 200~350 mesh.
2, After drying for approx 1 hour at room temperature, apply PEEL OFF LACQUER by 70~100 mesh so as to overspread the design. Then, dry it for 1 hour at room temperature once more.
3, Soak the printed design into water for a few minutes.
4, Stick above 3 to the object to be transferred.
Hold the edge of the printed design by hand, and pull out only the transfer paper. Then leave only the design covered PEEL OFF LACQUER on the object tone transferred.
5, Remove the air bubble and water between the object to be transferred and the design with the rubber knife to have good adhesion.
6, Leave it for approx 1 hour at room temperature.
7, Peel the PEEL OFF LACQUER.
8, Wipe off stains of PEEL OFF LACQUER with the wet towel.
Baking it under the suitable condition for each object to be transferred, then have cure to finish.
Basically, please use PEEL OFF LACQUER as a undiluted solution.
