METAL SCREEN PRINTING INK
The RBFJ series is a single-component baked bright ink suitable for various metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, and various amino paint coatings. The ink film after baking and curing has good adhesion and excellent resistance, and good printing adaptability.
Features:
1. Excellent adhesion to various metal materials and amino paint coatings, and good post-processing performance, including punchability and cuttability.
2. Single-component, it won't cure naturally and will not be wasted like two-component inks that cannot be used up.
3. Excellent water resistance, gasoline resistance, alcohol resistance, and chemical resistance, and certain resistance to aromatic hydrocarbon solvents.
4. High gloss, high hardness, excellent scratch resistance, and wear resistance.
5. Can withstand high temperatures up to 80°C and will not yellow after long-term (one hour) baking at 180°C for white color.
6. Good printing adaptability.
Dilution: To adjust the printing viscosity, use RB-799 diluent (standard) or RB-783 diluent (slow-drying). Usually, add 15-25% of the diluent to adjust to the appropriate viscosity for printing.
- Drying: After adding 20% RB-783 diluent, the ink can be surface dried at room temperature (25°C) in about 40 minutes. After surface drying, the next color printing can be performed, but it must be baked and dried, otherwise it will cause poor adhesion and reduced resistance.
- Baking temperature and time relationship are as follows:
- Temperature 140°C 150°C 160°C
- Time 40 minutes 30 minutes 20 minutes
- Note: The best baking temperature is 140°C for 40 minutes.
Note: Since the compositions and performances of various metals, such as aluminum, stainless steel, and various amino paint coatings, provided by different suppliers are different, adhesion confirmation should be performed before printing.
Resistance: Printing condition: RBFJ-611 white + diluent Substrate: Aluminum sheet Mesh screen: 300 mesh polyester screen Drying condition: 150°C for 30 minutes, and then left for 24 hours.
