RB8000 series ink
The RB8000 series ink has various characteristics, such as excellent durability, good workability, and wide applicability. It can be used for printing on various substrates, such as acrylic, polycarbonate, styrene, ABS, AS, soft and hard polyvinyl chloride, trademark license plates, and polyethylene-coated steel plates.
- Ink type: evaporation drying type Drying time: 15-30 minutes at room temperature Dilution: To adjust the printing viscosity, use RB-718 diluent (standard) or RB-783 diluent (slow drying). Usually, adding 15-25% of the diluent solvent to the ink can adjust the viscosity for printing.
- Cleaning: For cleaning the screen, use the solvents mentioned above or RB-1 cleaning agent. Use screen printing mesh that is resistant to ketone solvents.
- Weather resistance: For applications that require strong weather resistance, use ink colors such as red, red, red, yellow, yellow, yellow, blue, yellow, yellow, green, purple, white, and black. However, if these colors are used in light shades, the weather resistance will decrease, so please be careful.
- Abrasion resistance: To achieve strong abrasion resistance (such as printing on polyethylene bottles), add additive 100 to the ink at a level below 5%.
- Transparency: For transparent printing, refer to the attached table to choose ink with good transparency. Adding RB8-810 ink adjuster can increase the transparency of the ink.
- Fine line printing: When fine printing or halftone printing is required, add 5-15% of RB9-1000 slow-drying agent to the ink to maintain smooth lines and prevent dot deformation.
- Regarding gold and silver printing: To achieve a metallic effect, use RB8-810 ink adjuster and add gold powder or silver powder to create gold or silver ink, mixed at the following standards: Gold powder: 18-30% Silver powder: 10-20%
- Durability: Printing conditions: Ink: RB8-611 white Substrate: Transparent PC Screen: 300-mesh polyester screen Drying conditions: 80°C for 30 minutes.
